Compressed Fiber Gaskets

Compressed Fibre Gaskets are seals manufactured by blending synthetic or mineral fibres with elastomeric binders under high pressure. Under flange compression, the elastomeric matrix fills microscopic voids, providing torque retention and an effective barrier against fluid leaks.
