Butterfly Valves

Butterfly Valves are quarter-turn rotary valves that use a flat, circular disc mounted on a central or offset stem in the middle of the pipe to control flow. When the valve is fully open, the disc rotates parallel to the flow, and when closed, it seals against a seat in the valve body.
