Pressure Reducing Valves

A blue flanged pressure reducing valve with pilot control, used to lower and stabilise downstream pressure.

Pressure Reducing Valves automatically lower a high or fluctuating inlet pressure to a lower, steady outlet pressure, regardless of changes in flow or upstream supply.

Fluids: Water, Air, Gas, Steam

Industrial Applications: Water Treatment, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Food & Beverage, Commercial Buildings

Connection Methods: Flanged, Threaded, Socket Weld, Grooved

Highlights: Maintains Constant Outlet Pressure, Protects Downstream Equipment, Automatic Operation

Considerations: Requires Periodic Adjustment, Can Restrict Flow at Very Low Demand
