Bolted Inertia Base

A Bolted Inertia Base is a heavy, concrete-filled steel frame that a pump or other rotating machine is bolted onto before the whole assembly is set on vibration isolators. The added weight and low centre of gravity keep the equipment steady, reduce movement and stop vibration and pipe 'pull' from being passed into the building.
Industrial Applications: HVAC, Pumps, Power Plants
Highlights: Adds mass and stability, Reduces equipment movement and vibration, Bolt-together frame for easy shipping and assembly, Reinforced concrete fill
Considerations: Heavy, Concrete is poured on site, Used together with spring isolators
SPECIFICATIONS
Load Capacity Range: Engineered to suit equipment weight
Static Deflection: 1" to 3"
